At OMHU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials; if a piece isn't the right fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original OMHU boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
